1979 - 1980: Knight Frank & Rutley.
1982 - 1988: Weller Eggar residential Sales Agent in Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire ending up as Director leaving in 1988 to start a new independent agency.
1989 - 2002: Founded Hill & Morrison. Built a reputation as a leading new independent estate agency buying and selling for private clients in Hampshire, Surrey and Sussex through the early 90’s recession. Delivering traditional hands on client attention. 2002 Lane Fox acquired Hill & Morrison.
2002 - 2007: Director of Lane Fox based in the Basingstoke and Odiham offices specialising in regional country house sales. Developed the teamwork between the network of regional offices. 2007 Strutt & Parker acquired Lane Fox.
2007 - 2008: Partner of Strutt & Parker with responsibility for the Winchester office. Continuing to draw on an extensive track record of country sales, including notable sales in the city of Winchester, in a challenging market.
2008 – onwards: Joined Haringtons UK with responsibility for acquiring prime country property for clients in Hampshire, Surrey, Sussex, Dorset, Wiltshire & Somerset drawing on well over 25 years experience and a life time in this wonderful part of the world.
