Through our contacts and knowledge, we make our clients aware of properties that they would not otherwise hear about. Very often, the best properties are sold privately, without going to market. Our aim is to ensure that our clients don’t miss out on these.
Whilst our clients are often skilled negotiators themselves, they find that this second part of our service is as valuable as the first. We are familiar with all the potential pitfalls, and we conduct a “due diligence” process to steer each client through to a successful completion.

Independence: not all agencies are independent. As we are totally independent of any estate agent or bank, selling agents and vendors are happy to involve us early in the sale process. Consequently, we get to know about properties long before they come onto the market or that are only available privately.
